I am Wong Toong Poo, founder of DIY Business System and an experienced digital business and marketing practitioner in Malaysia. I am also a MITA EXCO Member (2025–2028), actively involved in Malaysia’s tourism industry and industry-related networking and engagements.

I also have many years of experience in Amway and direct selling, with extensive knowledge of Amway products, the direct selling business model, customer development and team development. I help people understand how products can fit their individual needs and lifestyle, and I also guide those who are interested in building and developing their own Amway business.

My experience covers product education, customer relationship building, direct selling, business development, leadership and team development. Whether someone is interested in learning about Amway products or exploring how to start and develop an Amway business, I can share practical knowledge and experience from my years in the industry.

I work with people from different backgrounds in Malaysia and communicate in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Alongside my direct selling and tourism industry experience, I help businesses, tourism operators, professionals and entrepreneurs improve their online presence through websites, digital marketing, SEO, content creation and AI-ready digital strategies.

My goal is to help people make better use of their knowledge, experience, products and business opportunities, and to become more visible, better understood and easier to discover by both people and AI.
